Hello everyone,

We’re really excited to kick off the season with our teams in just a few short months! For our new families especially, I wanted to share some helpful information as we get started.

Team Store

Our team store is now open! This is where players, families, and friends can purchase Five Hole Hockey apparel. We partnered with Avon Sports Apparel again this year, and all items will ship directly to you.

Remember—each player will receive a polo shirt, t‑shirt, and shorts as part of their team gear.

Schedules

All mini‑camp schedules are currently available on our website. Tournament schedules will be added as soon as we receive them—typically 7–10 days before each event.

To view schedules, visit www.fiveholehockey.net, go to the Teams tab, select your team, and then choose Schedules.

Rosters & Player Photos & APP

Once rosters are uploaded to the website, schedules will also appear in the Crossbar App. Yes, there is an app you can download. This app will have the schedules, coach contact information, a chat feature you can use to communicate with other families, and rosters. Rosters will be posted either during the first mini‑camp weekend or just before. To download the app go to your app store and search for Crossbar (It has a red flag with a C on it).

We take individual player photos at the first mini camp for use on the website and in scouting materials. Please have your player wear a collared shirt and no hat during check‑in. After their photo is taken, they may change. Photos are headshots only.

Team Feed & Hotel Information

Under the Team Feed, which is on our website. Visit the Teams tab, you’ll find hotel information for mini camps, the Independent Classic in Minnesota, and the Niagara Falls tournament.

Chowder Cup hotel details will be posted and emailed as soon as we receive them. Please pay close attention to booking deadlines.

Good afternoon! I have our hotel information for the Independent Classic in Minnesota. We will be at the Hampton INN Minneapolis Maple Grove at 7745 Elm Creek Blvd., Maple Grove, MN 55369.

This is a stay to play tournament with a 2-night min. The tournament games will start Friday morning and end Sunday afternoon.

The hotel has a 48-hour cancellation notice policy and the room rate includes a free breakfast. The rooms are $179/night plus tax. You must book by March 23rd.

everyone! I have the hotel information for the Niagara Tournament. We will be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo Airport, 4201 Genesee Street, Buffalo, NY 14225. This event is Stay to Play and has a two-night min. The games can start as early as Friday am and end Sunday afternoon. The block is for Thursday, June 18-Sunday June 21, 2026.

There are two room types. We have 3 teams staying at this hotel. Rooms with two Queen beds for $230/night plus tax. Junior Suites with King and sofa bed for $245/night plus tax (If you are able to easily use a junior suite, please do so and leave the Queen rooms for larger families). If you need a Queen room, I recommend booking asap!

Cancellation Policy: You must cancel 48 hours prior to check-in. If you need to make any modifications or cancel you must contact Event Connect NOT the hotel. Event Connect: support@eventconnect.com 1-888-723-2064.

There is an airport shuttle from the Buffalo Airport to the hotel. Call the hotel directly when you arrive for pickup. There is also a free shuttle for anywhere within 5 miles of the hotel. Parking is free and there is a restaurant on site.

All items are ordered directly through Avon Sports and shipped straight to your door for convenience. The store will remain open now through August, so you can shop whenever it works best for you.

We have a hotel block set up at the Hampton Inn Blue Ash/Cincinnati at 4761 Creek Rd, Blue Ash, OH 45242. For all the Mini Camps. This hotel is approximately 3 miles and 12 minutes from the rink. We highly encourage you to stay at this hotel, but you are not required to stay there.

A free breakfast is included, and they have a 48 hour cancellation notice policy.
