Develop the habits coaches recruit for. Our camp is intentionally small, built to sharpen the details and hockey habits that truly move players to the next level. This is a high‑intensity environment on the ice and in the classroom, designed for athletes who are ready to push themselves and elevate every part of their game. If you’re serious about taking the next step in your hockey journey, this is where that work happens.

Camp Staff:

This camp will be led by Chris Blaisuis, a member of the Five Hole Hockey staff for over 20 years. He coached this past season in NCAA Division I men’s hockey. Prior to that he has coached in the minor pro and junior hockey levels. Chris brings extensive experience working with players at the youth, junior, college, and professional levels and brings athletes a true insider’s perspective on what it takes to advance.

Andy Holmes, a founding member of Five Hole Hockey, will also be a part of the camp staff. He brings experience working on the scouting side of junior hockey mainly in the USHL but also as part of NAHL, and NA3HL staffs over the years. He has a background in goaltending as well and will support the camp's goaltenders too. Additionally, he has worked with our players and families on the advancement front for over 20 years now.

In addition, Brendan Murphy, a local St. Louis area coach with junior, college, and minor pro hockey experience will be joining us.

Together, our staff’s goal is to deliver:

What is the size of the camp?

This camp is designed to be small and will consist of approximately 2 goaltenders and 22 skaters. Our goal is for all players to maximize the amount of teaching and feedback they receive on and off the ice.

What does the schedule look like?

The schedule consists of 4 on ice sessions and 4 classroom/video sessions for the players. It also has an additional informative session for the parents. Two ice sessions and classroom sessions for players and the parent informative session are on Saturday. There are two ice and two classroom sessions for players are on Sunday as well.

This camp is designed for athletes who are serious about elevating their game through the details, habits, and mindset required at the highest levels of hockey. In addition, the camp will provide unique insight and knowledge from the prospective of a coaching staff experienced as members/coaches at these levels of hockey. This camp goes beyond drills — it teaches players how to think, prepare, and perform like prospects coaches want to recruit.
