The reason, I thought it was the highlight is that it gave you an opportunity to connect with the coaches which would give them a reason to focus on you at the next competitive skate. With hockey becoming as competitive as it is, those that are serious need to find ways to differentiate themselves and standout ... there is so much more to hockey than a shift and I thought this was an excellent opportunity to do that - differentiate yourself as a player and potential team member. Recommendations and referrals from scouts and coaches attending the camp have provided opportunities to be seen at USHL, NAHL, and CSHL events...Staff was very organized, very personable and real people; they didn't tell what you wanted to hear... they told you what you needed to hear."
