In 2013 these annual off-season clinics were founded in an effort to help develop the next generation of hockey players. 2021 marks the 9th consecutive year of our of the program. We focus on teaching and developing fundamental skills in every player, fostering competition, and growing a passion for the sport. These clinics are open to any appropriately aged player from any organization.
Our coaches have a passion for the game of hockey and love to teach it. That's the key to the program's success!
Our Commitment We believe that young players are truly the future of our game and we strive to give these players a solid fundamental base from which they can grow and build off of. We emphasize teaching and development and treat each player with respect while focusing on helping each player become the best they can be!
Purpose Development. Our focus is on helping young players of all ability levels continue to learn and develop essential and age-appropriate hockey skills during the off season. We emphasize teaching and while we foster and encourage teamwork, the purpose of the program is to develop each player’s unique skill set and their hockey knowledge during the off-season.

2021 U16 / U14 Elite Clinic
2021 Goalie Clinic
This program is designed to help high level players prepare for the upcoming season. The program consists of 8 on ice sessions, is limited to a maximum of 10 players, and is open to birth years 2005 to 2008.
.Areas of focus include:
- Effective body contact
- Situational awareness
- Footwork
- Creating and using traffic to score
- Puck protection
- Efficient puck movement within the team concept
- Puck support
- Proper technique
- Shooting to score
- Effective defensive play
- Separation of hands and feet
- Doing everything with our feet moving
Registration will be open until Feb. 1, 2021 or until all spots are full, whichever occurs first. Registration form link below. All registrations should be returned via email to fiveholehockey@hotmail.com.
Cost: TBD A deposit of $150 is required to reserve your spot. Deposit invoices will be sent via PayPal once a registration is received.
Schedule: May - July 2021. A final schedule will be released in February 2021 and posted to the link below. All sessions will take place weekday evenings.

This program is designed to help goalies of any age learn and refine their skills and technique. Age-appropriate shooters will be provided. The program consists of 8 on ice sessions, is limited to a maximum of 9 goalies, and is open to goalies of all ages

- Position specific skating
- Teaching proper save technique
- Expanding each goalie’s save selection
- Developing mental toughness
- Cultivating compete level - battle to make every save
- Situational awareness
- Understanding angles
- Reading a shot
- Rebound control
- Poke checks
- Playing “big”
- Positional play
